
Jaffa Joint started with a simple frustration: too many restaurants were cutting corners, and customers felt it. The protein wasn't fresh. The bread came from a bag. The room felt like an afterthought.
We built one menu around the opposite of that — charcoal-grilled kebabs, burgers, gyros, cheese steaks, and pita baked in-house every day, all halal-forward.
That menu now lives in six kitchens across North Texas. Same recipes. Same standard. Same Jaffa slaw on every sandwich, wherever you sit down.
