The Story
Jaffa Joint started with a simple frustration: too many restaurants were cutting corners, and customers felt it. The protein wasn't fresh. The bread came from a bag. The room felt like an afterthought.
We built one menu around the opposite of that — charcoal-grilled kebabs, burgers, gyros, cheese steaks, and pita baked in-house every day.
That menu now lives in four kitchens across North Texas. Same recipes. Same standard. Same fire on every plate, wherever you sit down. More locations are coming soon.
